You receive a clear scope with once-off and monthly costs. Nothing starts until you approve it.
50% deposit
The deposit secures your build slot. Send your logo, photos and content, or ask us to help with them.
Design and build
We build on a private One3 preview link. You review it on your phone and computer and request changes.
Balance and go-live
Once the balance is paid we register or connect your domain, set up email and launch the site.
Hosting and growth
Year one hosting is included. We keep the site secure and online, and help you grow with SEO, AI and automation.
The fine print, in plain English
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit starts the project and the balance is paid before go-live. Your domain is registered once payment is confirmed. Payment is by EFT; banking details appear on your invoice.
What are the monthly costs after my website is live?
Hosting is R79 per month from month 13, business email is R99 per mailbox per month, and your domain renews at R149 per year. Nothing else is required unless you add services such as SEO or an AI assistant.
Do your prices include VAT?
One3 Technologies is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Add an admin portal for R900 and you can edit content, products or listings yourself without calling us.
