2. What we collect
When you contact us, request a quote or buy a product we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and the details of your enquiry. We do not collect special personal information.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes
- To deliver the services and products you order
- To send invoices and service notices such as hosting renewals
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing without your consent.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers we need to deliver your service, such as domain registries, hosting and email providers, and only to the extent required. These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and keep it only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and object to its processing. Email sakhile@one3.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may store basic session information, such as your shopping cart, on your own device.
